I didn't receive my package, what should I do?

There could be several reasons to why your postal parcel didn't come as planned, such as an incorrect phone number, a delayed delivery or a missing tracking number.

Check your delivery date and your contact information for your postal package on your order confirmation or by logging in to Track & manage my order. Note that the delivery date is preliminary, and Postnord will contact you with a specific delivery date and time.

Also, some orders receive more than one tracking number. Check how many your order has. If you are lucky, the package is already ready for pick up. Track your postal package via Postnord.

If your preliminary delivery date has passed and you have not yet received any notification from Postnord, wait a few days. Your package could be slightly delayed. If your parcel still has not arrived despite that, contact us for support.

  • I am missing one or more items in my delivery, what should I do?

    If you are missing an item in your delivery, start by double-checking your order confirmation and all packages, as several items can be delivered in the same package. You can also go to "Track & manage my order" to make sure that your order has not been split into different deliveries. If the missing item is in your order confirmation but has neither been delivered to you nor is it on its way, you need to contact us so that we can help you.
