I am missing one or more items from my delivery, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that something is missing from your delivery! Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to ensure the item is listed and has not already been delivered to you or is on its way in a separate package.
If you are missing an item from your delivery, start by double-checking your order confirmation and all packaging, as several items may be delivered in the same package. You can also go to Track and manage my order to ensure your order has not been split into multiple deliveries. If the missing item is listed in your order confirmation but has neither been delivered to you nor is on its way, please contact us so we can assist you.
