Who can receive a business delivery?
If the delivery is booked under the company name, you must show your ID and company card or similar at the time of delivery to verify your affiliation. If the delivery is booked under an employee's name, only the person listed on the delivery can pick it up or receive it.
Please ensure you are available and reachable at the time of delivery to provide a signature upon receipt. A failed delivery will go to an postal pick up point, or return to the terminal depending on the weight and dimensions of the delivery. If the delivery needs to be rescheduled, a new delivery fee may be charged.
If the package is to be picked up at a point and the order is booked in only the company name, the person picking up the package needs to be able to show identification and a company card or similar that proves that the person comes from the company.
