How do deliveries work for businesses?
All delivery methods are available, but there is one specifically tailored for business customers. For indoor delivery, we do not deliver to apartments or houses, but to a designated location within the business premises.
Business Parcel (249 SEK)
Maximum 75 kg with PostNord to the specified address at the company's reception, goods receiving area, or similar. Delivery takes place Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding holidays. A preliminary delivery date is provided at the time of order, and PostNord does not notify before delivery.
It is important to be available to receive the delivery and provide a signature. A missed delivery will be sent to a service point or terminal depending on the weight and dimensions of the delivery. In this case, you will be notified by PostNord. It may also happen that the delivery is split over different days.
If the order is only booked in the company name and the package needs to be picked up at a service point, the person picking it up must be able to show identification and a company card or similar to prove they are from the company.
Indoor Delivery (from 799 SEK)
The order is delivered inside the business premises, to a location you specify. (For islands without fixed connections, delivery is made to the quay). The carrier always contacts you before delivery.
It is important to have a clear path to and within the business premises so that the goods can be easily and safely delivered to the specified location without risk of damage to persons or property.
