Why is cold air coming from my extractor hood?
If cold air is coming from your fan, it is because the draft shield is not installed. Make sure to install the included draft shield as it is not pre-installed.
If the draft shield is not installed, cold air can blow from outside directly into the kitchen through the fan's ventilation duct.
