Why is my discount as a business customer at IKEA not visible on the receipt or order confirmation?
Your discount will only appear on the invoice, and not on the cash receipt or order confirmation from IKEA, if you have entered your linked customer number or card.
If you are a business customer and shop via an agreement that is linked to a discount rate, the discount will first appear on the invoice. If something is not right with your invoice, we refer you to contact us at faktura.se@ikea.com.
