Where can I find my order number?
There are several ways to locate your order number depending on how you made the purchase. It can be found on your email confirmation, order form or on an invoice.
If you have made an online purchase, look for the confirmation email (it might be in your "junk mail" / "Spam" folder). If you made an in-store purchase, you can find the order number on the order form you were given to pay at checkout or the invoice.

If you as a business customer shop by using an invoice, your receipt number will be shown on the invoice. If you have placed an order, an order number will instead appear on the invoice.
