How do I find the company's customer number or card number?
You can easily find the customer and card number on the invoice. The authorized signatory or the finance department at your company, depending on who is responsible for your company's account, should also be able to help you find the company's customer and card number.
Please note that your customer and card numbers are sensitive information. Therefore, we cannot search for or provide these numbers at the time of purchase. They must be presented by the person making the purchase.
The cards linked to the Company Invoice have a 10-digit card number where the first 7 digits of the card number are your customer number. To make a purchase from us, you must always provide all 10 digits on the company card you wish to use. You can always find the customer and card number on the invoice or contact the authorized signatory or finance department at your company to see who is responsible for your account.
If you cannot find your customer or card number, email us at faktura.se@ikea.com.
If you have any problems with your account, you need to contact our Business and Customer support. We are available on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.

It takes up to 48 hours for a customer number to be created in our system after we have approved your application. Once the customer number is created, the primary contact person you have provided will receive a welcome email with your customer number and information about the approved credit limit.
