Why is my faucet hard to turn?

If your faucet is hard to turn by the the neck, the dishwasher shut-off, or when setting the water flow, it may be because it takes a while for the synovial fluid to heat up and the natural synovial fluid has dried out.

If you have a newly installed faucet: Flush hot water while turning the neck back and forth or up and down.
If you have an older faucet: First try using some kind of oil, such as sewing machine oil.
Drip the oil into the joint between the neck, handle, knob, and the rest of the faucet housing. Then rotate back and forth or upside down.
If this does not help, you need to contact us, so that we can try to help you further. You can contact us here.
Keep in mind! When you contact us, you need to have your purchase documentation available, which means a receipt or an order number.
The faucet also needs to be within warranty.
