Why is my new washing machine jumping?
If your washing machine jumps, stop it immediately. Most often, this is because the transport latches at the back of the washing machine have not been removed, in the assembly instructions you can see how to remove them. Don't forget to save the screws, you may need them if the machine is to be moved in the future!
During the manufacturing process, the washing machine drum is secured with transport bolts before the appliance is packaged. This prevents the drum from being damaged during transportation. Before using the washing machine for the first time, it is essential that all three transport bolts are removed; otherwise, the drum will not be able to rotate.
