Our friendly planning specialists are ready to guide you through projects big and small — from designing your kitchen to small space living or cozy bedroom solutions. Simply book an appointment, plan together, and place your order. You can have your products delivered straight to your home or to a nearby pick-up location. You’ll also find a selection of IKEA products you can take home right away. While there’s no restaurant here, you can enjoy the same great services like returns and exchanges — though spare parts aren’t available at this location.
What forms of payment are accepted at IKEA Quezon City?

We don’t have a restaurant at the IKEA Quezon City; it’s a bit smaller than our main store. But don’t worry, you can always visit IKEA Pasay City to enjoy your favorite Swedish meatballs and other treats!
Can I plan other areas of the home other than bedrooms, kitchens and living rooms?

Absolutely, yes! Our co-workers know all about IKEA products and can help you plan any area of your home — big or small.
How do I collect my order at the IKEA Quezon City Collection Point?

To collect your order, visit the IKEA Collection Point at Level 1, TriNoma Mall, Quezon City, open daily from 2 PM to 6 PM.

Bring your web order confirmation number and a valid government-issued ID.

If you’re driving, you may park at Mindanao Parking Level 2 (15 minutes only).

Once inside, go to the IKEA Quezon City and ask a co-worker for assistance—they’ll help you with your order and have you sign for it.

Please come only on your scheduled pickup date and time (for example, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM).

If someone else is collecting for you, make sure they bring an authorization letter, a copy of your ID, and your web order confirmation.
