Needs to be wetVanessaThis needs to be wet for it to function properly. I initially mopped wet/rained on tiles with it straight from the package and it just smeared the dust around. It was able to function better after I washed it and cleaned the tiles with it wet, but definitely mop it in one direction only. Moving in a zigzag motion just drags whatever present dust around. I don't know how it functions in other floor textures.

Great Performance
