Don't get itRuthThis was a fun idea, but phones charge faster when plugged directly into the cable. In fact, plugged into here, funnily enough the "charge" sign is on but the battery level itself is going DOWN. We got this with a C-to-C cable and charger head; it's much better using the type C cable directly on our iPhones.1

When it does work, it is an economical buy and a convenient to charge your phones. The power on light could be more bright.4
