Handsome but inconspicuousValuedGood design,, and sensible. It’s more wide and a little shallow, it’s really great. for things that are a little wide! Our last can was a square shape and it really didn’t quite make sense. Plus, it was metal and didn’t do well in the Philippines humidity. This new one looks like it’s going to be great. I just wish that the metal rod that pushes the lid open stayed connected to the lid better, and I’m worried that the piece that goes around the rim and anchors the top edge of the trash bag, it seems a little flimsy and I’m worried it will break. But so far super, Yet it’s only been a couple days. Not too worried —it’s IKEA!5
