What you need to know
- Purchase products online and collect them at our IKEA collection point in Zambales.
- Once your order is ready for pickup at the collection point, you will be notified via SMS.
- You must pick up your orders at the IKEA Zambales collection point within five days of receiving the notification. Orders not collected within five days will incur an additional charge of ₱20 per additional day.

- Make sure that your vehicle is ready for your order and adhere to the assigned pick-up time slot.
- To ensure smooth and efficient release of click and collect orders, kindly furnish the authorized personnel with the following details if you opt for a third-party pick-up representative or courier (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, etc.).:
