What you need to know

  • Purchase products online and collect them at our IKEA collection point in Quezon City.
  • Once your order is ready for pickup at the collection point, you will be notified via SMS.
  • You must pick up your orders at the IKEA Quezon City collection point within five days of receiving the notification. Orders not collected within five days will incur an additional charge of ₱20 per additional day.

What to prepare

 

  • Please ensure that you have your web order confirmation number and a valid government-issued photo ID readily available.
  • If you have a vehicle, you may park at Mindanao Parking Level 2 (for 15 minutes only).
  • Go to the Plan and Order Point store and ask a co worker to assist you in picking up your item.
  • The co-worker will approach and assist you with your order.
  • Wait for them to release your item and have you sign for it.
  • Please note that the mall is owned by Trinoma, so you might not see an IKEA sign.
  •  Make sure to come only on your scheduled pickup date and time to collect your order (for example, Sunday to Saturday, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM only).
  • To ensure smooth and efficient release of click and collect orders, kindly furnish the authorized personnel with the following details if you opt for a third-party pick-up representative or courier (e.g., Lalamove, Grab, etc.).:
      • authorization letter (indicate the name of authorized personnel)
      • printed or softcopy of your ID
      • printed or softcopy of your web confirmation order
