Raffle mechanics

1. Promo period is from 20 November 2023 to 31 January 2024.
2. IKEA Family members with a single-receipt purchase worth a minimum of ₱10,000 are entitled to join the raffle. They will enter a raffle entry via Microsoft forms to qualify.
3. Raffle draw and prizes will be given away on the following dates:
   14 Dec: Living & Dining room makeover package worth ₱100,000
   11 Jan: Kitchen makeover package worth ₱100,000
   18 Jan: Bedroom makeover package worth ₱100,000
   5 Feb: Condo unit worth ₱7,000,000 (Grand prize raffle)
4. All winners should be willing to be featured in IKEA photos, videos, and other promotional materials for the documentation of the home makeovers.
5. Prizes are transferable but non-convertible to cash or gift cards.
6. Handover for all prizes will not be later than June 2024.
7. Handover for the studio unit will not be later than December 2028.
8. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) shall be shouldered by IKEA Family.
9. Property taxes and real estate taxes upon turnover of the condo unit to the winner shall be shouldered by the winner (including but not limited to transfer of title, capital gains tax, and documentary stamp tax).
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email, and SMS, and their names will be posted on the official IKEA Philippines social media site.
11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner will only get one (1) prize.
12. To claim the prize, winners must present their IKEA Family account and any valid ID.
13. If claiming through an authorized representative, present the winner’s IKEA Family account, valid ID, and a letter of authorization.
14. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of IKEA with prior approval of DTI.
15. All employees of IKEA and Arthaland Corporation (may include others i.e ad agency, merchants etc.) and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

Notification of winners

IKEA Philippines Marketing will contact the winners via winner’s contact number and e-mail. Upon notification, confirmation or proof of the identification will be required.

Participants must allow Ikano (Philippines) Inc. to use their name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and other details to validate the winning account.

We reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement if there’s no response from the winner within 48 hours. We are not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner. All prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash and non-returnable. 

Can I enter the raffle if my purchase was below ₱10,000?

No, the minimum purchase to join the raffle is ₱10,000.

Can I enter the raffle multiple times?

Yes, you may enter the raffle multiple times within the promo duration if you have multiple single receipt purchases worth ₱10,000 and up and you are an IKEA Family member.

Are there any qualifications required to enter the raffle?

You can join the raffle if you’re 21 years old of age, single or married, regardless of gender and professional/amateur status. Must be a Filipino citizen and a current resident of the Philippines. 

I am not an IKEA Family member. Can I join?

No, you must be an IKEA Family member to join. 

Is there any fee to create an IKEA Family account?

Membership account creation is FREE!

I forgot to key in my IKEA Family membership ID during my online purchase. Can I still join the raffle?

Yes, you may still join. Just fill out the raffle form to join. As for your IKEA Family points, you may need to reach our Customer Care team to validate and input the earned points from your online purchase.

Can I enter the raffle after I make my IKEA Family membership?

Yes, as long as the date of purchase is within the duration of the promo the IKEA Family details in the form and the membership details are the same. However, we highly encourage you to create an account first before your purchase for an easier experience at the checkout.

I made a purchase before 20 November 2023. Can I still enter the raffle?

No, the promo duration only honors transactions between the promo dates indicated in the Terms and Conditions.

What are the prizes?

When will the winners be announced, and how will I know them? 

Winners will be contacted by IKEA Philippines Marketing through mobile, email, and registered mail on or before 7 Feb 2024.

If I win, can I receive a cash prize instead of the gift cards?  

No, prizes are not convertible cash.

My address is located far from Manila, but I won a home makeover package. Will that affect my prize?

No, it does not affect your prize. We will coordinate closely how you can receive your home makeover package.
