The size and depth of the sofa make it perfect for a nice nap, and when the whole family is gathered, there is room for everyone and even extra seating on the wide armrests.

The wide armrests have room for everything from your mobile phone to a bowl of movie snacks – and they are also comfortable to lay your head on when you lie down on the sofa for a rest.

KIVIK sofa has a strong personality and a clear design language, while the options mean that you can easily match it with your home decor.

It's easy to combine the sofa with one or more chaise longues thanks to the removable armrests.

Pocket springs are a durable solution that makes the sofa retain both its shape and comfort for many years.

This cover is made of dope-dyed Gunnared fabric in polyester. It is a durable fabric with a wool-like feel, a warm look and a two-toned melange effect.

The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.

According to industry standards, a lightfastness level of 4 or higher is suitable for home use.

The cushion is softer than I had expected, wished it would be a bit firmer. Assembly was easy, the movers offered to install but I declined. I might get a 2-seater to complete the set in my living room.5

Cover Kivik vs KlippanAzmiFYI i’ve bought Klippan as my first sofa and am still using it minus one of the sides due to minor damage. I like klippan cover better because its easier to change the whole set rather than Kivik as need to remove the sides to change the cover4

Comfy SeatsTayThe seats are comfy. I like the firmness of the seat. It is not too hard yet not too soft. And it can be used as a sleeping couch during day nap. I ordered via online and the delivery was done by third party contractor. The contractor arrived on-time at my door step, at sharp 11am as promised by the contractor via phone call that i received before his arrival. I received text messages and phone call on the delivery status - therefore I am aware on the delivery and whereabout of my item, The installation was fast, by the same contractor under 30 minutes. He also handled the trash debris to the correct disposal location after installation work. Nice work! However, I would advise if he could educate me more on the maintenance, which items can be washed. But I think this can be done by calling Ikea store.4
