Delivery service
Most of our products are flat-packed and designed in such a way that they can easily fit in your car. However, if you prefer to have your purchase delivered, we offer a variety of delivery options when shopping online. Alternatively, you can choose Click & Collect, order online and pick up your items for free at an IKEA store, or collect from one of our collection points starting from RM49.
Delivery is also already possible from the day after you make your order online, subject to availability.

Parcel delivery
West & East Malaysia parcel delivery fee
0 - 3 kg: RM10 (exclude 6% SST)
3 - 25 kg: RM25 (exclude 6% SST)
25 - 40 kg: RM49 (exclude 6% SST)
Parcel delivery Info:
- Delivery to metropolitan areas will take place within 3 - 5 days; for non-metropolitan areas, the delivery is within 6 working days.
- Order up to a weight of 40 kg, a volume of 84 litres and a maximum length per item of 1.8 meters.

151 - 300 pcs: RM323 (exclude 6% SST)
301 - 450 pcs: RM623 (exclude 6% SST)

Truck delivery Info:
- For Peninsular Malaysia, delivery typically takes place within 2-5 days from the date of order
- For the first 150 items, the subsequent 150 items will be charged at double the rate

1 - 50 pcs: RM49 (exclude 6% SST)
51 - 100 pcs: RM98 (exclude 6% SST)
101 - 150 pcs: RM147 (exclude 6% SST)
151 – 200 pcs: RM196 (exclude 6% SST)
201 pcs & above: RM245 (exclude 6% SST)
Truck delivery Info:
- For zones within Kuching, delivery will arrive within up to 10 days. For areas outside of Kuching, including Sibu, Miri, Bintulu, and Kota Kinabalu (KK), deliveries will take up to 2 weeks.
- For other islands and PO Box addresses we are unable to provide Truck and parcel delivery.
Shopping at your nearest IKEA store
When visiting our stores, you have different options for having your purchase delivered to your home. And, we don’t just stop at your front door; we deliver all the way to your room of choice. Speak with an IKEA co-worker at an information counter to book the service. Alternatively, you can also book services at the delivery counter in the store.

We offer a combined in-store picking and delivery service if you would prefer to sit back, relax and let us do the heavy lifting for you. Simply place your order with one of our co-workers in-store.
