Click & collect

With IKEA Click and Collect, you have the power to choose. Order online when it's convenient for you, and select the time and place you want to pick up your items. You can choose to pick up your order from your local IKEA store or a collection point. We'll gather your items for you, so you can spend more time assembling and less time shopping.
And if you'd rather not make a trip, we also offer a delivery service.

Shop your favourite product online and pick up your items in-store for FREE with no minimum purchase.

How to pick-up at the IKEA store

  1. Choose “Click & Collect” at checkout and pick your preferred store and date.
  2. We’ll send you an order confirmation email with your order number and tax invoice.
  3. When your order’s ready, you’ll get another email. You can collect it between 10 am – 8 pm on your selected date at the pick-up location.
  4. The order will be automatically cancelled and refunded if not collected within 2 days of your selected date.

Collect at IKEA Collection Point

  • Ipoh, Melaka, Kuantan, Terengganu Collection Point fee:
    RM49 (exclude 6% SST)
  • Kuching Collection Point fee:
    1 - 50 pcs: RM10 (exclude 6% SST)
    51 - 100 pcs: RM20 (exclude 6% SST)
    101 - 150 pcs: RM30 (exclude 6% SST)
    151 – 200 pcs: RM40 (exclude 6% SST)
    201 pcs & above: RM50 (exclude 6% SST)

How to pick-up at IKEA Collection Point

  1. Select the “Click & Collect” service at the checkout page, and choose your preferred collection point and pick-up date.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation via email, which includes your order number and tax invoice.
  3. A reminder email will be sent to you before your selected collection date.
  4. Collect your order on the scheduled date at your chosen collection point.

How to pick-up at IKEA Mobile Collection Point

  1. Choose our “Click & Collect” service at the checkout page and select your preferred collection point for pick-up.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number and tax invoice.
  3. You will receive an email notification prior to the collection date. You can pick up the order at the selected date between 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm
  4.  You must ensure that the size of your vehicle can accommodate the purchased item. If it cannot, we will need to cancel the order, as we do not allow partial collections.
  5. The order will be automatically cancelled & refunded if not collected within the selected date and time slot.
