By placing an order via WhatsApp from IKEA Morocco's As-is, you accept the following terms and conditions.
Sales services
Seller identification : Products are sold to you by SYH Maroc S.A.R.L., 124 Bd Rahal El Meskini Etage 5, Casablanca, Morocco
Service description : As-is offers displayed products, returned products or products with slight defects at reduced prices. These products are available for purchase via our WhatsApp service.
Products : All products sold are pre-owned. We are committed to providing accurate descriptions and detailed photos of each product. Items are sold "as is" and may show signs of wear.
Prices : Product prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the price and will be added at the time of order.
Availability : As-is products are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Confirmation : Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation via WhatsApp with order details, total price, and payment instructions.
Payment
Payment Method : Payments can be made via a secure payment link send via WhatsApp.
Terms of Payment : Payments must be made within the time specified in the order confirmation. Non-payment may result in cancellation of the order.
Delivery and collection
Delivery options : You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or picked up in-store at IKEA Zenata. The available options will be specified when you place your order.
Delivery times : Estimated delivery times will be communicated in the order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges : Delivery charges may apply and will be indicated when the order is placed.
Returns and exchanges
Conditions : As-is products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the case of a major defect not described or of non-conformity with the description provided.
