You can shop for it in store – but you don’t have to

You can place an order at home or on the go and collect it from your local IKEA Zenata, IKEA Morocco Mall and IKEA Cabo store.

Here’s how you do it:

• Select pickup at Zenata store and choose the date that suits you to pick up your order
• Collection will be contact-free when you order bulky or heavy items. So please be prepared to load your vehicle yourself as co-workers won’t be able to assist. We suggest no more than 2 people per vehicle.

What it costs:

• Free of charge

When to collect:

• You can select your preferred collection date
• Please bring your Order Confirmation email and proof of ID
• Please remember to collect your order on your selected day. Orders which are not collected in the 24h after collection date are cancelled and the amount is refunded automatically on the bank account
• If someone is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have the original email confirmation and proof of ID
