How is parcel delivery carried out?
To use this service, please add small items to your shopping cart and select "Small Item Delivery" on the checkout screen. After selecting your preferred delivery date and time, enter the correct delivery information to confirm your order. You will receive an email with the delivery details after your order is placed. If there are any issues, such as missing or damaged products, please contact the IKEA Customer Support Center.
- Add your desired small items to the shopping cart. When you proceed to purchase, the available services and fees will be automatically displayed based on the total size, weight, and purchase amount of the products. Select "Small Item Delivery".
- If you are unable to receive the delivery in person, please specify "leave at door" delivery.
- Select your desired delivery date and time, and accurately enter the delivery address information.
- After selecting your payment method, enter your payment information accurately to confirm the order.
- You will receive an email with the delivery details after the order is placed.
- You can check your order details through the link in the delivery details email or from Track and manage your order webpage.
- Changes to your order contents are not possible. You can only cancel your order before it has been processed for shipping.
- If you wish to change the delivery date, please check the tracking number in the delivery notification email and contact Sagawa Express or the Last One Mile Cooperative directly yourself.
- The products will be delivered on the date and time you specified when ordering.
- If you are not at home, a delivery attempt notice will be left (unless you have specified "leave at door" delivery). If you wish to arrange for redelivery, please check the tracking number on the notice and contact the delivery company, Sagawa Express or the Last One Mile Cooperative, directly yourself.
