What are the fees and details for parcel delivery?
The delivery fee is determined by the size of your products, your delivery area, and your chosen delivery date, time, and method. IKEA Family members can enjoy a more affordable delivery fee for the same service.
Delivery fee: For date-specific, unattended delivery within the main area
- S size (total of 3 sides within 80cm): ¥1,000 (¥500 for IKEA Family members)
- M size (total of 3 sides within 120cm): ¥1,300 (¥800 for IKEA Family members)
- L size (total of 3 sides within 160cm): ¥2,000 (¥1,500 for IKEA Family members)
Additional fees and options
- Specific time slot delivery: Above fee + ¥100
- Delivery at the door: Above fee + ¥100
- Delivery outside the main area: Above fee + ¥400
The exact fee is automatically calculated at the time of your order based on your delivery address and order details. To confirm the specific delivery fee, including charges for outside the main area, please log in online, proceed to the purchase screen from your cart, and enter your postal code.
Delivery timeframe: You can specify a delivery date and time between 3 to 7 days from your order date. (This may vary depending on the delivery area and current demand.)
Size and weight conditions:
- The total of the 3 sides for all items must be within 160cm.
- Must be less than 20kg per box.
Delivery area: Delivery is available throughout Japan, with the exception of some remote islands and certain areas. Delivery outside of Japan is not available.
