How is the "Delivery to room" for large items carried out?
To use this service, add your desired items to your cart and select the "Delivery to room" option for your delivery service at checkout. Fill in your shipping details, select your preferred delivery date, and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with shipping details. On the day of delivery, please be present at least 18 years old to ensure that the product is delivered smoothly. The driver will set up the product in the designated room. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the product, such as loss or damage, please let the driver know on the spot and contact us as an IKEA customer.
- Before placing your order, please be sure to check the package size and the delivery route.
- Add your desired products to the shopping cart. When you proceed to purchase, the available services and fees will be automatically displayed based on the total size, weight, and purchase amount of the products. Select "Delivery to room".
- Select your desired delivery date and time, and accurately enter the delivery address information.
- After selecting your payment method, enter your payment information accurately to confirm the order.
- You will receive an email with the delivery details after the order is placed.
- You can check your order details through the link in the delivery details email or from Track and manage your order webpage.
- Changes to the date and time or cancellations can be made on the delivery status confirmation page. If you cannot select a new date and time, your order is already in progress. Depending on the order status, changes may not be possible, or the service fee may not be refundable if the order is cancelled.
- For large deliveries, it may be possible to change the delivery address if it is within the same city. Please have your 9-digit order number ready and contact the Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494, open 10:00-18:00). For any other changes, please cancel and place a new order.
- Products cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please cancel the order or return the products after you receive them.
- If you wish to change from Delivery to room to Delivery at the door, please inform the driver on the day of delivery. However, the price difference cannot be refunded.
- The delivery driver will contact you before arriving.
- Please be at home during the delivery time slot and be prepared for someone over 18 to be present to receive the products.
- Upon arrival, the delivery driver will check to ensure a safe route for bringing in the products.
- The delivery driver will carry the products to the room you specify. Please tell the driver the product number and the room where you want the items to be placed.
- If you are not at home, a delivery attempt notice will be left. If you wish to arrange for redelivery, please contact the IKEA Customer Support Center.
*Please note that redelivery will be scheduled for three days or more after the day you contact us. It may take longer during busy periods.

- If a safe delivery route cannot be secured, you will need to reschedule the delivery or cancel the order. Please contact the IKEA Customer Support Center.
