How is "Delivery at the door" for large deliveries done?
To use this service, please add your desired products to your shopping cart and select "Front Door Delivery" on the checkout screen. After selecting your preferred delivery date and time, enter the correct delivery information to confirm your order. You will receive an email with the delivery details after your order is placed. On the day of delivery, please ensure someone over 18 is present to receive the products. If there are any issues, such as missing or damaged products, please inform the driver on the spot and contact the IKEA Customer Support Center.
- Add your desired products to the shopping cart. When you proceed to purchase, the available services and fees will be automatically displayed based on the total size, weight, and purchase amount of the products. Select "Delivery at the door".
- Select your desired delivery date and time, and accurately enter the delivery address information.
- After selecting your payment method, enter your payment information accurately to confirm the order.
- You will receive an email with the delivery details after the order is placed.
- You can check your order details through the link in the delivery details email or from Track and manage your order webpage.
- Changes to the date and time or cancellations can be made on the delivery status confirmation page. If you cannot select a new date and time, your order is already in progress. Depending on the order status, changes may not be possible, or the service fee may not be refundable if the order is cancelled.
- For large deliveries, it may be possible to change the delivery address if it is within the same city. Please have your 9-digit order number ready and contact the Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494, open 10:00-18:00). For any other changes, please cancel and place a new order.
- Products cannot be changed after the order is placed. Please cancel the order or return the products after you receive them.
- It is not possible to change from Delivery at the door to Delivery to room.
- The delivery driver will contact you before arriving.
- Please be at home during the delivery time slot. Someone over 18 must be present to receive the products.
- The products will be handed over at your front door.
- If you are not at home, a delivery attempt notice will be left. If you wish to arrange for redelivery, please contact the IKEA Customer Support Center.
*Please note that redelivery will be scheduled for three days or more after the day you contact us. It may take longer during busy periods.
