Can I return it by delivery?
If you can't come into store for your return, you can return the product by delivery. If you would like to do so, please contact Customer Support Center.
Please contact Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494, opening hours 10:00-18:00) and we will arrange for collection.
If you'd like to arrange for a return yourself, please contact Customer Support Center in advance. When doing so, please be sure to write your case number on the return slip. You will be provided with your case number when you contact Customer Support Center.
