Do I need a receipt for returns and how are the refunds made?

The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns and refunds will always be made back to the original method of purchase.

If you return custom-made worktops, food or a moderately used product, we will refund you with a refund card.
When you return a product that you received a coupon for, we will deduct from the IKEA promo coupon the amount contributed by that product. If this deduction results in a minus balance on the IKEA promo coupon, it will be deducted from your refund.

If you have purchased by presenting IKEA Family card, you can use My Page. You can check your purchase history here.
If you have not presented your IKEA Family, please call our Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494 opening hours 10:00~18:00) or visit our store. We will search for a purchase from our system. If you can't find it, we'll refund you on the return card at the lowest selling price for one year.
