What is IKEAs return policy?
Your satisfaction with your IKEA purchase is important to us. If you are not completely happy or simply changed your mind, you can return your products within 365 days. IKEA will provide a full refund for items returned with proof of purchase during this period.
For returns of food and cut product, refunds will be made using the return card.
If you return an item purchased using a promotional coupon, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
