When will I receive my refund?

The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method. The refund will be made using the payment method used at the time of purchase. To check the status of your refund, go to your Purchase History and select Cases tab.

If you paid in cash at the store, 
if you bring the returned product to the store where you made the purchase, we will refund you in cash on the spot. 
If you return the item by mail, please visit the store two weeks after it was shipped. We will refund you in cash at the store. 

If you paid by credit card, 
your refund will be processed the following month or the month after. 
The timing of the refund completion varies depending on your contract and credit card company, so please contact your card issuer. 
If you return the item by mail, please visit the store two weeks after it was shipped. After you visit the store, we will process the refund to your credit card. 

If you paid by code payment or electronic money at the store, 
the timing of the refund will vary depending on the type of code payment or electronic money. For details, please contact Customer Support Center.
