How do I use the coupons sent to me by IKEA Family members?
Please show the email screen at the cash register. If it is not displayed, if there is something that you can confirm the title part of the email, we will respond at the cash register by showing your Family card.
If you do not have a mobile phone or smartphone, please print out the email, and IKEA Family membership number, or take a picture with a digital camera and show it to the cashier at the time of payment.
