Where can I buy outlet products at IKEA?
At IKEA, we want to give every product a second life. That's why we have services for you to buy and sell used IKEA products. You can find them at the Circular Market in your local IKEA store.
Circular Market
At IKEA stores, we inspect every returned or bought-back product to determine if it's suitable for resale. Products that pass inspection are sold in the in-store Circular Market (outlet corner). The products available in the store change daily and include items from showroom displays, new items from older product lines, and discontinued products.
Interested in the outlet products currently on sale? On the Circular Market online page, you can browse and reserve products for sale in the Circular Market at IKEA stores (excluding IKEA Shibuya) and pick them up at the store.
- All discounts applicable to outlet products also apply to outlet products on the Circular Market online (unless specifically excluded).
- While you cannot use reward coupons from the IKEA Family rewards program to purchase outlet products, you will still earn points for the purchase.
- Outlet products from the Circular Market online are not displayed in the IKEA store's Circular Market but are stored in the warehouse area. Therefore, other customers generally cannot purchase them.
- Some products on the Circular Market online are also sold in-store. If a product with this notification online is sold out, we may have to cancel your reservation.
If you want to sell your IKEA products
Reserving products from the Circular Market
Visit the Circular Market online to search for outlet products. When you find an item you want to reserve, log in to your IKEA Family account to make a reservation. Please pick up your product at your selected IKEA store by the closing time two days after your reservation.
To use the Circular Market online, you must be an IKEA Family member or an IKEA Business Network member. Each customer can reserve up to 10 items.
How to use the Circular Market online
- Visit the Circular Market online and search for outlet products at the IKEA store you wish to use. The product page will show the reason for the discount and the discount rate.
- If you wish to reserve an item, click "Log in or sign up to reserve." After logging in, a reservation confirmation screen will appear. Please check the details and click "Reserve this product." A reservation completion screen will be displayed, and the reservation details will also be sent to you by email. *You will need the "reservation number" from the email when you visit the store.
- Please visit the Circular Market at your selected IKEA store by the closing time two days after reserving the product online. Tell the staff you are there to pick up a reserved item and provide your reservation number.
If you do not pick up the item by the closing time two days later, the product will be returned to the Circular Market online. If the product has not been sold out, you can reserve the same item up to two more times. (For example, if you make a reservation at 10:00 PM on November 7th, the item will be held until the store's closing time on November 9th.)
All products are published online with photos, descriptions, and prices, so please check them carefully before applying. However, if the outlet product from the Circular Market online does not meet your evaluation at the store, or if you are not satisfied with IKEA's pricing, you are not obligated to proceed with the transaction. - After picking up your product, please pay for it at the checkout.
*If you wish to cancel a product reserved on the Circular Market online, please do so through the link in your reservation confirmation email.
