How can I check my birthday coupon on My Page?
When you log in to My Page, your birthday coupon will be displayed in the "Recommended offers for you" section. Please check on your computer or mobile phone's browser, as it is not displayed in the app.
- Click "Log in / New member" at the top of the website.
- Enter your email address and click "Log in".
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email to log in.
- The birthday coupon will be displayed in "Recommended offers for you".
On your mobile phone
- Tap the person-shaped icon at the top of the website to enter the login page.
- Enter your email address and click "Log in".
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email to log in.
- Scroll down, and the birthday coupon will be displayed in "Recommended offers for you". (It will not be displayed in the IKEA app).
* To receive the birthday coupon, you must be subscribed to receive emails from IKEA at least two days before your birthday.
