Can I return an item at an IKEA store?
We accept returns at IKEA stores, including those purchased in the online store. *Due to the different cashier systems, IKEA Kyoto, IKEA Yokohama Bake Quarter, and IKEA pop-up stores do not accept returns for products other than the store where they were purchased.
