Can I return an item at an IKEA store?
We accept returns at IKEA stores, including those purchased in the online store. *Due to the different cashier systems, IKEA Kyoto, IKEA Yokohama Bake Quarter, and IKEA pop-up stores do not accept returns for products other than the store where they were purchased.
Items that show the product and purchase history, receipts, invoice and delivery statements (if purchased at the online store, you will receive it by email after the service is completed), IKEA Family purchase history, etc. Please bring it to the return counter/customer service counter (City stores) of IKEA stores near you.
