Can I return a custom-made worktop?
Within 365 days of purchase, custom-made worktops can be returned if they meet certain conditions.
If you wish to return a custom-made worktop, we will refund you on IKEA return card.
If you cancel your order or do not install a custom-made worktop, the door-to-door survey service fee will not be refunded.
