Can I return a mattress? 

It's important for IKEA that you like your new mattress. If you find that your mattress feels too firm or too soft after a while, you have 90 days to exchange it for a different one.

Your new mattress may feel a little too firm at first. It takes at least one month for the body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to the body. For maximum comfort, you also need the right pillow. Make sure you choose a pillow that is right for you and your new mattress. 
If you are not satisfied with your pillow, comforter, mattress, or mattress topper, you can exchange it for another product of the same type only once within 90 days.
Please bring proof of purchase (receipt, invoice (which you will receive via email for online purchases), or IKEA Family purchase history), and the product to the return counter of your nearest IKEA store. We will refund the purchase price of the mattress to an IKEA return card, which you can then use to buy a different mattress.
If you would like to exchange it by delivery, please call the Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494 opening hours 10:00~18:00). Please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery fee.
