Can I return a mattress? 

It's important for IKEA that you like your new mattress. After a while, if you feel that the mattress is too hard or too soft than you thought, you can replace it with another mattress.

Your new mattress may feel a little too firm at first. It takes at least one month for the body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to the body. For maximum comfort, you also need the right pillow. Make sure you choose a pillow that is right for you and your new mattress. 
If you are not satisfied with your pillow, comforter, mattress, or mattress topper, you can exchange it for another product of the same type only once within 90 days.
Please bring proof of purchase (receipt, invoice (which you will receive via email for online purchases), or IKEA Family purchase history), and the product to the return counter of your nearest IKEA store. If you would like to exchange it by delivery, please call the Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494 opening hours 10:00~18:00). In that case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please note.
