An air tight container like no otherVijaiSceptical at first, I confirm that this container packs in all the freshness for days together. Coriander stays fresh for almost a week without loss in taste or texture. I use this solely for refrigeration but I'm positive this would provide for a practical way to store items that do not require refrigeration, e.g. crackers, pasta, grains. The unique lid creates a firm suction and this can be tested by lifting the center of the lid with the container packed with contents, and the lid stays intact!5
