May be after sitting, seat tilt a bit of may be the cloth is slippery and foam of seat presses more on forward side causing the slow skid.2

Good, Does the work, complete metal base and metal every where.Sreevishwa:warning:️I never used a desk chair, this is my first desk chair. 1. Pros: i) It took approx. 1hr to assemble. ii) Complete metal based chair, very less plastic used and the plastic used seems to be good. iii) worth for money. ( I got it for Rs.4k :sunglasses:) 2.CONS: i)While leaning back, we cannot lock the chair in completely outstretched position. if the chair's tilt is locked it sits at upright position. ii) When I lean back my head hits the top metal rod so i suggest to get a pillow accessory. iii) The cushion is not so smooth but better than hard wooden bench. iv) I'm 173cm tall, felt lumbar spine position is an issue as I cannot adjust the lumbar thing in chair its fixed.5
