Why am I unable to purchase a product online that is listed as in stock at the store?

Our orders are fulfilled from the stores that have the available stock.

Some products are specially selected to meet local needs and are only available in certain IKEA stores. That means you’ll need to visit us in-store to bring them home.
If an article isn’t available for online delivery, it might be because there are fewer than 10 items in stock. You can also check stock availability from its product page. Please note that IKEA delivery service is not available for the following items:
  • Plants
  • Food items
  • Fragile articles
  • Products from the AS-IS or Circular Hub
For alternative delivery options of these articles, please speak with a co-worker in the respective area for assistance.
For items available only in-store, you can purchase them directly from the store. After purchasing your products in-store, you can also arrange home delivery at the Delivery Desk counter.
