Why am I unable to purchase a product online that is listed as in stock at the store?
Our orders are fulfilled from the stores that have the available stock.
Some products are specially selected to meet local needs and are only available in certain IKEA stores. That means you’ll need to visit us in-store to bring them home.
If an article isn’t available for online delivery, it might be because there’s less than 10 in stock. But don’t worry — you can sign up for a ‘Notify me’ alert on the product page, and we’ll let you know by email or text as soon as it’s back.
You can also check the availability of stock at your nearest IKEA store. For articles available in-store, you can purchase them directly or place a Click and Collect order if stock is sufficient. After purchasing your products in-store, you can arrange home delivery at the Home Delivery counter.
For any support in placing the order, contact us.
