How does IKEA Buyback & Resell service work?

Bring your products to IKEA Hyderabad store. At the store, the condition of your products will be examined, and a final price will be given. You will receive an IKEA refund card to spend online or in-store.

1. Review the articles from our customer support
To participate, please share images of your furniture at customer.support.in@ikea.com. Our team will validate the images and get back to you with a confirmation. For more details, please check our T&Cs apply.  
3. Bring it back to IKEA
Once you receive confirmation from our customer support team, bring your products (fully assembled) to IKEA Hyderabad store. The Buyback & Resell service is only available at IKEA Hyderabad store.
4. Assessment and final offer  
At the Customer Service area of the store, the condition of your products will be examined, and a final price will be given. products that qualify should be:
  • In good, resaleable condition
  • Listed as eligible
  • Complete and fully functional
  • Properly assembled when returned
  • Clean and unmodified 
Please note that we do not agree to buy back your products until they have been confirmed as IKEA products and their resale condition has been verified by an IKEA co-worker. The amount offered to you by the IKEA co-worker is not open to negotiation, and we reserve the right to refuse any products at our discretion. 
If we cannot accept your used IKEA product, we will offer you the option to recycle the item for you or to dispose of it according to our zero-waste-to-landfill policy
5. Get your IKEA refund card  
You will receive an IKEA refund card with the agreed amount to spend on something you need or love online or in-store. You can use your refund card for 365 days from the date of issue; also, it can be used in our Bistros, Restaurants or Swedish Food Markets (IKEA Food).  
6. Give your products a new life 
All products in good condition will be resold in the store's Re-shop and Re-use section.
