You can request changes to your invoice within 7 days of purchase.
We understand that sometimes details need updating. If you need to make changes to your invoice (especially personal information or GST), we suggest you to do so within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- In-Store: Visit the Exchange & Returns counter at your nearest IKEA store.
- Online: Reach out to us via Chat, Call, or Email.
