How do I get my invoice copy?
If you are an IKEA Family member, you can find your receipts online by logging into your account and navigating to your purchase history.
There are several ways to produce an invoice copy:
1. Self: You can log into your IKEA account — IKEA Family & IKEA Business > Purchase history > Select the desired 'Completed purchase' > Show receipt > Print or Save your invoice as PDF.
2. IKEA Customer Service Center: To ask for a duplicate copy or to change the details on an invoice, please contact us. We will try to retrieve the invoice copy for you.
3. At Store: Please contact the Customer Relations co-workers at Exchange & Returns counter and request the issuance of the invoice.
