How to Shop at IKEA store?

Grab shopping tools at the entrance, explore Showroom, Market Hall, and AS-IS. Check price tags for details and pickup info. Some items you pick yourself, while others are available through Full-Serve with staff help.

Here are some tips on how to shop the easy way at our IKEA stores:

  1. At the entrance, you’ll find the shopping tools such as pencils, paper, store guides, shopping strollers, and bags.
  2. Product price tags give you all the important info - product and price details, and picking location of the article. You may take a note of the article numbers that you wish to purchase. 
  3. Pick the Self-serve products you want yourself.
  4. The Full-Serve articles that are heavy to pick & carry around while shopping, our staff will assist with pickup at the Collection Point.
  5. Before you check out, double-check the box label to make sure you’ve got the right product.

Shopping Areas at IKEA Stores:

  1. Show Room: 'Showroom' is a large space used to display IKEA products to show real home environment. Every products have a "price tag", you can find the many information like article name, materials, and pick up location of 'Self Serve'.
  2. Market Hall: You can find all most of home furnishing accessories in the 'Market Hall'. Lightings, plants, cooking & tableware, and decoration items in here. Please feel free to pick up the items and put in the yellow bag
  3. AS-IS:  It’s a special area in the IKEA store, located between the Self-Serve warehouse and the checkouts, where we give furniture a second life. (Discontinued products that are no longer being sold in-store, but that deserve one last chance because they are in perfect condition. Display products from our Showroom that have inspired so many customers and deserve a home, where they can perform their main function).

Picking & Collection Points:

The picking and collection points are catogorised depends on the types of articles

Self Serve Articles: Self serve article carries a red price tag with the rack and section number. Please pick the flat package at the mentioned location yourself. At the end of 'Market Hall' area, you will find the self-serve section.

Full Serve Articles: Full serve article carries a yellow price tag, please ask our staff near you to purchase. The 'Full Serve' area is located near self serve section and is not open for customers to enter. After check-out, you can receive the purchased full serve products at the Collection Point.
