1) We want your next trip to IKEA to be as pleasant as possible. So, here are some tips on how to shop the easy way at our IKEA stores.
2) IKEA stores have parking lots and provide easy access for the disabled.
3) Everything you need to shop is available at the entrance: pencils, paper, store guides, catalogues, shopping strollers and shopping bags.
4) Various contents such as product information and pick up location on the product's price tag. Make a note of what you need on your shopping list.
5) You can pick up the product that you want yourself.
6) Most of IKEA's products can easily be carried as it is in a flat pack packaging.
7) Please check the label of the box to make sure that the product you want is correct.

Shopping Areas:

Show Room: 'Showroom' is a large space used to display IKEA products to show real home environment. Every products have a "price tag", you can find the many information like article name, materials, and pick up location of 'Self Serve'.

Market Hall: You can find all most of home furnishing accessories in the 'Market Hall'. Lightings, plants, cooking & tableware, and decoration items in here. Please feel free to pick up the items and put in the yellow bag

Self Serve: Pass the 'Market Hall' area, you will meet a big warehouse. If the price tag is red, please check the rack and section number.
And please pick the flat package at the location by yourself. Don't forget to prepare the shopping cart beforehand!

Full Serve: The 'Full Serve' is located innermost of the IKEA and the customer cannot enter. If the price tag is yellow, please ask our staff near you to purchase. After check-out, you can receive the purchased products at the Collection Point.
