How can I interact with virtual furniture on IKEA Kreativ on a mobile device?
On a mobile, the Action Panel on the right and left side of the app is your toolkit for managing items. It lets you rotate, swap, duplicate, delete products, and more.
- For mobile, the Action Panel appears on the right and left side of your room interface. Tap on a product to access more options.
- For web, simply click on a product in your room to trigger the Action Panel.
- Once the Action Panel is open, you'll find a range of actions including rotating, swapping, duplicating, deleting products, and more.
- If you can't find the desired action immediately, different options will appear based on whether the product is selected or deselected. Be sure to explore both states.
- To rotate a product, locate the Rotation icon within the Action Panel. On mobile, these controls appear as a slider.
- Adjust the rotation angle as needed to achieve the desired orientation for your product within the room.
- Select the product you wish to swap out, select the Swap icon, and choose the replacement from IKEA's catalog.
- Confirm the swap, and the new product will replace the old one in the space.
- Find the Duplication icon and click to create a copy of the selected product.
- After, drag and drop the duplicated product to the desired location.
- Select the item you want to delete, find the Delete icon, and confirm the action to remove the item.
- To add a particular item to your shopping cart for easy checkout, click on the product and tap the Info icon on the top right corner.
- A new screen will slide with more information on the product including the option to add it to cart.
- Goes well with suggests different products that might go well with a selected product.
- To access, select the product and tap the Goes Well With icon. A library of products will populate for you to choose from.
