How can I join my virtual planning or consultation appointment?
You can join your virtual appointment using the link in your confirmation email. No software download is required.
Once you book a virtual planning or consultation appointment with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to join your virtual meeting at the scheduled date and time.
At the scheduled date and time, simply select the link to join the meeting through IKEA’s Visual Customer Support platform. You do not need to download any additional software.
Just have your ideas or plans in mind, and we look forward to helping you bring them to life!
