What can I do if I’m having trouble logging into my IKEA Family account?

If you’re having issues logging into your IKEA Family account on the IKEA website or in the IKEA App, follow the steps in this guide depending on the issue you're facing.

Scenario 1: I forgot my password

You can log in in two ways: 
Option A: Reset your password 
  1. On the login screen, click “Forgot your password?” 
  2. You will receive an email or text message with instructions to create a new password. 
Option B: Log in with a one‑time code 
  1. Select “Login with a one‑time code” on the login screen. 
  2. A temporary code will be sent to your registered email or mobile number. 
  3. Use the code to sign in without your password. 
 

Scenario 2: I requested a password reset but didn’t receive an email 

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your IKEA Family account. 
  • Check your junk or spam folder — sometimes the reset email ends up there. 
 

Scenario 3: I can’t access the email account linked to my profile 

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to your IKEA Family account and cannot reset your password, please contact IKEA support by typing "I want to talk to a human" in the chat or by calling 1800-419-4532.
