Why did I not receive a birthday coupon on my birthday?
If you are an IKEA Family member, we will send you a special birthday coupon via email on your big day – but you will only be able to see it if you are signed up to receive IKEA emails. You can easily accept this through your personal settings by logging into your IKEA account.
On your birthday, we will send you a special birthday coupon through email if you are an IKEA Family member. To receive this coupon, you must make sure to accept emails from IKEA in your personal settings - which you change by logging into your IKEA account. Sometimes these emails can unfortunately end up in the junk folder too, so don't forget to check there if you have not received your coupon.
