I want to start/stop receiving marketing emails or SMS from IKEA, how can I change this?
If you want, or not want to, receive marketing emails from IKEA, you can change this by logging into your IKEA Family account and navigating to 'Manage my account'.
To manage your IKEA Family marketing preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to your IKEA Family account.
- Navigate to the ‘Manage my account’ section.
- Either opt in or out from receiving marketing emails or SMS by adjusting your settings under 'Communication preferences'.
Keep in mind that if you choose not to receive any emails, you might miss out on personalized IKEA Family offers and events.
