How do I activate and deactivate the child lock on my induction hob?
On most models, you activate the child lock by holding down the button with the padlock symbol, or the pause sign, for 3-4 seconds. An audible signal and/or warning light above the symbol indicates that the function has been activated. The control panel is now locked with the exception of the On/Off button. To deactivate the child lock, proceed in the same way as to activate it. When the hob's child safety lock is activated, the "L" symbol or a padlock appears in the display.
The hob's child safety lock can be activated in both the off and user modes. Refer to the product's user manual for more detailed information on how to activate and deactivate the child safety lock.
The user manual can be found by searching for the product name or article number in the search field at the top of our website, and click on "Product Information" and then "Assembly & Documents".
