What does the error code shown in the heat mode display on my TILLREDA induction hob mean (Article no: 604.935.08)?

If there is a fault with your TILLREDA induction hob, please try to resolve it by following the troubleshooting guidelines.
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
The appliance does not operate.
1. Power shortage or power short circuit in the power source of your home.
2. Power connection to socket not performed properly.
3. More than 10 seconds have passed since the appliance was switched on.
4. Child lock is switched on.
5. Several sensor fields were touched at the same time.
1 & 2. Overlook the power supply to hob for correct connection.
3. Switch the appliance on again.
4. Deactivate Child lock. (See the section “Child safety device”).
5. Only touch one sensor field.
Error U
1. The cookware is not suitable for induction.
2. No cookware on cooking zone or cookware diameter is less than 120mm.
1. Change to a cookware suitable for induction.
2. Place cookware on the cooking zone.
Error E0
Internal exception
Turn off the appliance and restart after 5 minutes.
Error E2
1. The cookware is empty (dry-boiling) or cooking temperature is too high.
2. The air inlet and outlet is being blocked.
3. Surrounding temperature is too high.
Turn off the appliance and restart after 5 minutes.
Error E3
The main power supply is over AC 275V.
Change to product suitable power supply.
Error E4
The main power supply is lower than AC 100V.
Change to product suitable power supply.
Error E5
The temperature sensor of the appliance is not working.
Please reach out to the nearest IKEA store or contact us.
Error E6
The cookware is empty (dry-boiling) or cooking temperature is too high.
Let appliance cool down and prevent dry-boiling.
If the above fault cannot be resolved, please contact us.
